Request for proposals: Communication Content Production Services

Aroha is requesting companies to submit a proposal to conclude a contract for high-level communication content production services in the areas described fully in the Terms of Reference with the purpose of providing first class services for the organizations concerned. A prior information notice for this procurement was issued on February 23, 2023.

If you are interested in participating in this “Request for Proposals”, you are requested to submit your proposal no later than: 9 April 2023.

Your proposal and all supporting documents must reach this email address: contracting@aroha.ngo

The proposals must be drafted in English and clearly marked in the email subject title:

“REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: COMMUNICATIONS CONTENT PRODUCTION SERVICES”

Your Proposal must contain:

a) A Technical Proposal: Which shall contain the “Technical Proposal” and supporting

documentation”.

b) A Financial Proposal: Which shall contain the “Financial Proposal Form” (Annex 2 of this RFP).

c) A signed Declaration of Honor (Annex 1 of this RFP).
